Professional Development

Participating schools and districts may elect to take advantage of additional professional learning opportunities for instructional leaders and classroom teachers. For example, through our partnership with Cambridge Education we offer professional development programs that focus on effective teaching strategies, and we offer program to support principals as they use classroom observation to support school improvement. Leadership sessions focused on survey results are also available. These sessions focus on interpretation of the survey data and the incorporation of new strategies to address key priorities.
